The PivotLine 12ft Straight Kit is a versatile quick-start solution designed to streamline part movement in your shop. RETURNS:

Guffey Systems will provide a full refund for any unused product returned within 30 days of ship date. Items must be returned in like-new condition and in the original or equivalent packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Since Guffey Systems products are intended for a commercial/industrial environment, used items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging or palletizing.

Upon receipt of returned item(s), Guffey Systems will complete an inspection to confirm  like-new condition. At that time Guffey Systems will issue a refund for the original item purchase amount in a manner of Guffey Systems choosing.

WARRANTY/LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

Guffey Systems llc (hereinafter Seller) warrants all hardware for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original shipment (hereinafter Warranty Period) against manufacturing defects. Seller will provide refund or replacement for defective hardware at Seller’s discretion.

Failure or damage due to vandalism, misuse, improper installation, neglect, war, or “acts of God” is explicitly excluded from said warranty (see Operation/Installation Manual for additional specific exclusions). Any warranty claim must be made within the Warranty Period. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the defective hardware (returned in accordance with Seller’s return policy) along with proof of purchase consisting of the Guffey Systems Invoice number. While Guffey Systems cannot make particular warranties of any other kind, including the warranty of the fitness of our hardware for a particular purpose, our Technical Support department will offer suggestions as to the applicability of our hardware for a particular use. Seller’s liability for claims of any kind based on any theory of liability including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or breach of contract and which arise out of, or connected with, without limitation, the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair or use of any product covered by or furnished by Seller shall be limited to replacement, repair or refund of original purchase price at Seller’s exclusive option. Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to labor, travel, delivery charges, interruption/loss of business expenses, lost sales, or injury to persons.This provision is intended to be Buyer’s exclusive remedy against Seller for the products furnished by Seller.
