The PivotPoint System offers a robust and cost-effective option to spray all sides of your components at once.

PivotPoint is the perfect solution for the shop that wants the most flexible material handling solution available from Guffey Systems.

PivotPoint has similar benefits to our popular PivotLine product. With PivotPoint, components are loaded one at a time to the spray position.

Set-Up Options

The PivotPoint system has three set-up attachment options: the floor stand, any wood or metal rod, or direct attachment to any wood structure like a ceiling joist or a wooden rack. Regardless of the option you choose, the mounted spray hub will keep the 360° rotation and 90° degree locking.

PivotPoint can also be set up as a mobile option for onsite use at cabinet remodels and installations.

PivotPoint is perfect for shops with smaller spray booths or for those that are looking for a lower initial investment

As your production increases, the system can grow to fit your shop's needs. Every component you buy for a PivotPoint setup will transition to be used with a PivotLine System when you're ready to upgrade.

Usage

Stock Racks easily move parts wherever needed in your shop for staging or drying. The PivotPoint Spray Hub provides a stable base allowing the finisher to spray all sides of the parts without touching them.

Different shaped speed holes in a 37" T-Bar provides consistent spacing between hanging parts.

Also allows for the staggering of parts that are hanging adjacent to each other
